AL-IPEK Textile was established in 1966 by our co-founder partner Kadir ŞANKAYA in Bursa. Our company has been renewing with over half an experience since 1966 and continues its activities in various branches of textile sector. AL-IPEK Textile which is one of the leading companies in recycling sector, is one of the first white shoe firm of polyester, fiber and polymers based polyester in Turkey.

Our company is an “environmentally friendly” company that recycles PET bottles, textile wastes and etcetera obtained from domestic and abroad in connection with environmental permits and licenses. Al-Ipek Textile provides an annual recovery of 15.000 tons of PET-based waste and contributes it to be used in various branches of the textile industry.

Many of our production is proceeded in regenerated polyester staple fiber in 15.000 m2 closed factory in Uşak, Turkey. Our company can produce from 1.5 denier to 20 denier in various colours and qualities in accordance with our environmental management policy and quality standards in line with the demands of our customers. Our products, which are produced in our high-tech integrated facility with a capacity of 1500 tons per month, supply the demand of the textile industry in the domestic and foreign markets and contribute to the national economy.
